What is the Sharīʿah ruling on a husband refusing to wake his wife for Fajr prayer because he is angry with her?

A husband should not leave his wife sleeping and missing prayers. It is recommended for him to wake her up, and some scholars may even lean towards the obligation of waking someone up for prayer. However, if the wife sleeps before the prayer time begins, there is no sin upon her. If the husband is justifiably angry with her, she must appease him so that she does not fall under the warning mentioned in the Hadith: "There are three whose prayers do not rise above their ears: a runaway slave until he returns, a woman who sleeps while her husband is angry with her, and an Imam who leads people in prayer while they dislike him."
