Is accepting a gift (a tracksuit) from a vendor, after requesting a discount on purchases for a company sports club, considered bribery or embezzlement, and what should be done about it?

What an employee takes in exchange for his obligatory work is considered a bribe. The questioner and his colleague must return what they took to the merchant, or pay it to the company if returning it is not possible, and they must repent to Allah; for the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, cursed the briber, the bribed, and the intermediary.
