How is inheritance divided among: a wife, four daughters, three brothers, and three sisters?

The deceased's wife receives one-eighth due to the existence of a lineal descendant. The daughters receive two-thirds. The remainder goes to the full brothers and sisters by way of ta'sib (residuary heirship), with the male receiving the share of two females. The estate is divided into 216 shares: 27 shares for the wife, 144 shares for the daughters (36 for each daughter), 10 shares for each full brother, and 5 shares for each full sister. We emphasize that matters of inheritance are serious and cannot be settled merely by a fatwa; rather, they must be brought before the Sharia courts to ensure that all heirs, wills, debts, and other rights are investigated.
