If what the sons spent in building the house was a donation, then they will be rewarded for it, and it is not permissible to favor them over daughters in gifts or bequests. If it was a loan, then they have the right to reclaim it from the estate. In both cases, it is not permissible to favor sons over daughters in assigning houses to them. However, if you wish to gift your two sons the roof upon which they built the apartments, you may do so, provided that you give the daughters what ensures fairness.
