Is this considered a legitimate marriage, or are the conditions for marriage not yet met?

Marriage has known pillars without which it cannot be validly contracted: the presence of the woman's guardian (wali), two just witnesses, and a formula indicating the contract. What was mentioned about engagement, wearing a ring, and delivering a dowry is not considered a legal contract, and the fiancée remains a stranger to her suitor until the legal contract is concluded with its pillars.
