What is the ruling on these actions according to the scholars' sayings?

Supplications for sleep are recited when sleeping at night or during the day, except for those specifically restricted to the night, such as "Ayat al-Kursi" and the "last two verses of Surat al-Baqarah."

If a person sleeps at the beginning of the night and then wakes up desiring to sleep again, they do not repeat the sleep supplications.

Supplications for waking up are recited upon waking from sleep, whether at night or during the day, except for those specifically designated for the night.
