Is it permissible for "S" to marry the daughter of "A" if "A" nursed "S" and then nursed "A" 24 years later?

(A) is (S)'s sister through suckling, and (S) is the maternal uncle of (A)'s daughter through suckling. It is impermissible for a man to marry his suckling sister's daughter, due to the Prophet's (PBUH) saying: "Suckling prohibits what lineage prohibits."
