Is it permissible for me to marry my maternal uncle's youngest daughter, with whom I did not nurse, knowing that I nursed with her older sister?

Allah mentioned the forbidden women in marriage, among them is the sister through suckling, as Allah Almighty says: "And your mothers who suckled you, and your sisters through suckling." The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, suckling prohibits what lineage prohibits." The amount of suckling that causes prohibition is five known sucklings. So, if a man suckles from the mother of a girl five times or more, the girl becomes his sister through suckling, and it is forbidden for him to marry her. However, if the sucklings are less than five, she is not forbidden to him, according to the preponderant opinion.
