Are there any weak hadiths in Sahih al-Bukhari, and what are these hadiths, especially the hadith: "Whoever shows enmity to a friend (wali) of Mine, I shall be at war with him...", which some claim to be weak despite its presence in Sahih al-Bukhari?

The hadith mentioned in its chain of transmission includes Khalid ibn Makhlad, about whom it was said he is "truthful but a Shiite" and there is scholarly discourse concerning him. Also in the chain is Shareek ibn Abdullah, about whom there is also discussion. Ibn Hajar, in "Al-Fath," mentioned several corroborating narrations for the hadith and stated: "The hadith has other routes of transmission, the sum of which indicates that it has an origin." Al-Albani authenticated it in "Al-Jami' As-Saghir" and "As-Silsilah," where he strengthened it with other narrations and cited its authentication by several scholars.
