Is it permissible to establish an institute for teaching the Arabic language to non-Muslims of various faiths, and to present Islam to them through books, dawa (proselytizing), or the study of the Quran and Tafsir (exegesis), and is it permissible to teach them the Quran or the Bible in this institute?

It is permissible to teach Arabic to non-Muslims, as it may be a means for them to understand the Quran. If it is confirmed that the language will be used for proselytization, then teaching it should be refused. It is permissible to teach the interpretation of the Quran to a non-Muslim, but they cannot touch the Mus'haf (the physical copy of the Quran). Rather, they should be given a copy of the translation of the meanings of the Quran, with an emphasis on respecting it. It is not permissible to teach the current Bible to a non-Muslim due to the mixture of truth and falsehood within it, except for someone who possesses sufficient Islamic knowledge that prevents them from being confused.
