Accusing one's wife of indecency without clear proof is a grave sin, and harboring ill-will towards her without suspicion is impermissible. Every child born to a wife is attributed to her husband, and he is not permitted to disown the child unless through li'an (oath of condemnation) if he is certain that it resulted from adultery. The husband must repent, have a good opinion of his wife, uphold his responsibility of guardianship over her, and obligate her to wear the hijab. If she insists on displaying herself (improperly), then she should be divorced.
