Is it permissible to marry the sister of a foster brother if she was not nursed by the same mother?

If a woman breastfeeds you five full feedings within the first two years of your life, she becomes your mother by suckling (رضاعة), and all her children, both sons and daughters, become your siblings by suckling, whether they were breastfed with you or not. This is based on the Almighty's saying: "{and your sisters by suckling}" [Qur'an 4:23]. Therefore, it is not permissible for you to marry this girl because she is your sister by suckling.
