Is it permissible to re-perform all the prayers of the entire month of Ramadan, including all the prayers that were performed and those that were not, and how does one make up for missed prayers when unsure of the number of days in the months?

Waswasah (whispering by Satan) is an illness that should be ignored. Abandoning prayer is not a solution to waswasah; rather, prayer is a Muslim's aid. Anyone who intentionally abandoned prayer for several months must repent and seek forgiveness from Allah.

Scholars differed regarding making up prayers intentionally missed: - The majority: They must be made up because they are a debt upon one's conscience. - Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah and those who agreed with him: They should not be made up, and making them up will not benefit the person.

It is permissible for someone afflicted with waswasah to adopt the view of those who do not deem making up prayers necessary, to alleviate the burden on them.

If one adopts the view of the majority, they should make up what they missed according to their ability, in a way that does not harm their body or livelihood. They should make up the prayers for the days they did not pray until they are reasonably certain their obligation has been fulfilled. If the number of days in the month is unknown, they should make up the prayers for thirty days as a precautionary measure.
