Will he who rushed something before its time be punished by being deprived of it if he repents of his haste?

"Whoever hastens something before its appointed time is punished by being deprived of it." This is a jurisprudential rule derived from the legal texts and objectives of Islamic law. It means that whoever hastens to obtain a right or a permissible matter through an unlawful means or in an unlawful manner is punished by being deprived of it. Examples include: depriving the killer of inheritance, and depriving whoever drinks wine or wears silk in this world from wearing them in the Hereafter. This is a sub-branch of the rule of blocking the means (to evil), and it is one of the principles by which people are governed and through which avenues of corruption are blocked.
