Is the reward for congregational prayer counted for one who prays Fajr alone in the mosque due to the absence of other worshippers?

He who habitually performs congregational prayers and then something prevents him from doing so, his reward for it will be recorded for him, according to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: «When a servant falls ill or travels, what he used to do when he was healthy and resident is recorded for him.» And for one who does not have this habit but intended to pray in congregation and was then unable to do so, the reward for his intention will be recorded for him.
