Why does Allah link His existence to trees in the Verse of Light (35) and in the Verse of Al-Qasas (30)?

The creation of trees and the growth of plants are evidence of Allah’s existence, the perfection of His power, and the possibility of resurrection. The Verse of Light (Ayat an-Nur) provides an example for the light of faith and the Quran in the hearts of believers, where the light of faith and the Quran are likened to "a lamp in a glass, the glass as it were a brilliant star, lit from a blessed tree, an olive." Olive oil illuminates due to its purity, as if the light of the fire and the light of the oil combine, "light upon light." As for the second verse, it clarifies the place where Allah spoke to Musa (Moses), peace be upon him, where Allah called him from the right bank of the valley in the blessed spot from the tree.
