Does one who sees the permissibility of Nikah al-Mut'ah (temporary marriage) from the Sunni Salafis leave the fold of Islam, or is he considered only a sinner?

"Mut'ah" marriage (temporary marriage) is null and unlawful according to Islamic law, by the consensus of scholars. And whoever from among the Sunnis says it is permissible is not deemed an apostate (kafir), but rather considered mistaken and misguided if they have a doubt or an interpretation, because Hadd punishments are averted by doubts, and great caution is exercised in matters of disbelief (kufr). However, whoever knows the clear evidence of its prohibition and insists on rejecting it due to personal desire, then they are a disbeliever and outside the fold of Islam.
