Will I be sinful due to the widespread absence and tardiness among employees in the company, and not holding them accountable despite my responsibility to monitor their attendance, knowing that the fingerprint system has been activated but the clauses for deducting their pay are not being enforced?

It is your duty to perform your work diligently and to advise those who are negligent. If they do not respond, then inform the authorities. By doing so, you will absolve yourself of responsibility and will not be sinful due to the shortcomings of others, as Allah the Almighty says: "O you who have believed, upon you is [the responsibility for] yourselves. Those who have erred will not harm you when you have been guided."
