Will Allah be angry with me for feeling distressed by my father's actions and temper, and what should I do about the animosity arising between my father and my husband?

Filial piety is an obligation, and mistreating parents is a major sin. You must treat your father kindly and endure his mistreatment, meeting it with forgiveness, for a father is a gate to Paradise. Just as Allah enjoined children to their parents, He also enjoined parents to their children. Therefore, a father must not mistreat his daughter or her husband; rather, he must treat them kindly. The distress you feel is not blameworthy, as long as it does not lead to disobedience (to parents). To mend what is between your father and your husband, try to reconcile them and remind them of the virtue of mending relations. Be careful not to convey anything that causes harm, and be keen to convey anything that softens the atmosphere, even if it is not entirely true, for this is not among the forbidden lies.
