Is it permissible to use common phrases such as "upon divorce" (علي الطلاق) or "I have forbidden the lawful" (حرمت الحرام)?

A woman's statement, "I divorce you," is mere uttering (laghw) and has no legal consequence, because divorce is for men, not for women. It is an abominable and unlawful statement. What is lawful is to swear by Allah. As for the statement, "I have forbidden the unlawful" (harramtu al-haram), its intended meaning is unclear. However, if it means abstaining from what is unlawful, then there is no harm in it.
