Is a husband entitled to request his rebellious wife to return to the house of obedience or an appropriate legitimate dwelling, and what are his rights regarding his children if the current situation persists?

If a wife leaves the home without excuse, she is considered disobedient (nashiz) and must return. The husband has the right to take the matter to the Shariah court. The right to custody of children belongs to both parents as long as the marital relationship exists. After separation, the mother has a greater right to the custody of young children. It is not permissible for the one who has custody to prevent the other party from seeing and visiting the children.
