What you mentioned about the effect of dancing and accompanying melodies on the jinn, which makes some people scream and the jinn within them speak, indicates the presence of sorcery, magic, and divination. It is not permissible to go to those who practice this, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Whoever goes to a soothsayer or a diviner and believes what he says, has disbelieved in what was revealed to Muhammad (peace be upon him)." Magic that involves seeking refuge with the jinn and seeking their help is major disbelief (kufr akbar). It is obligatory to denounce these people, not to go to them, and not to believe them.
