ما حكم الحضانة؟

The jurists have agreed that custody is obligatory for the mother if she does not marry someone other than the child's father. If she refuses custody, she is not compelled to undertake it, unless there is a fear of the child's perishing, or if the father has no money; in these cases, custody becomes obligatory for her. If custody and breastfeeding are not exclusively incumbent upon the mother, then the child's father must hire someone to breastfeed him. The expenses should come from the child's money; if he has no money, then from his father's.
