What should a person do who lives with young relatives, in a foreign country for study, who do not pray or fast, and whom he has advised but they have not listened to him?

One should continue to advise the brethren and call them to righteousness with wisdom and patience, following the example of the resolute messengers such as Noah, peace be upon him, who patiently endured calling his people despite their obstinacy: "He said, 'My Lord, indeed I invited my people [to truth] night and day. But my invitation increased them not except in flight. And indeed, every time I invited them that You might forgive them, they put their fingers in their ears, covered themselves with their garments, persisted, and were arrogant with great arrogance.'" This should be accompanied by diligent supplication for their guidance, for guiding one man is better than red camels.
