How can a young man, observant of his prayers and acts of worship, who grew up in an environment that does not encourage religious commitment, avoid sins and maintain his repentance despite having abundant free time and his family's rejection of his work?

It is advisable to consistently perform the Fajr prayer in congregation, recite the Qur’an, seek Islamic knowledge, and invest free time in beneficial activities. One is not obligated to obey parents in matters that harm one’s religion or worldly life, for obedience is only in what is good and lawful. The family must be invited to Allah with gentleness, and the importance of prayer and seeking knowledge, as well as the danger of ridiculing religion, should be explained to them.
