Is the family sinful and responsible for the prayer of the younger brother who only prays under duress and does not accept guidance because he believes he has become a man, and what is the solution to this problem?

Parents must guide a young man with special treatment at this age, by continually advising and directing him, encouraging him to pray, warning him against abandoning it, keeping him away from bad company and connecting him with righteous people, keeping him away from harmful media, and seeking help from people of goodness and righteousness. If he insists on his ways after many attempts, other means can be used, such as not being intimate with him, cutting off financial aid, and shunning him for a period. And if he does not respond after all these attempts, that does not entail sharing in sin, for Allah Almighty says: "Your duty is only to convey."
