What are the three matters permissible for a woman after the cessation of menstruation and before ghusl?

When menstruation ceases, fasting and divorce become permissible. The Hanafis permit her husband to engage in intercourse with her if the blood ceases after the maximum period of menstruation. However, if it ceases before that, it is not permissible until she performs ghusl or tayammum. The correct view, according to the majority of scholars, is that it is not permissible to have intercourse with a menstruating woman until the bleeding stops and she performs ghusl. The Shafi'is permit her to pass through the mosque if the bleeding has ceased but she has not yet performed ghusl. The Hanbalis permit her to stay in the mosque in this state, provided she performs ablution.
