ما رأي الإسلام في عمل المرأة غير المحتاجة للمال؟

There is no objection to a woman working in a profession that is suitable for her nature and physical constitution, provided that there is no risk of temptation (fitna) and that Islamic legal rulings are observed, such as preventing seclusion (khalwa) and obtaining her husband's permission if she is married. Examples include teaching girls or working in a women's hospital. Her work might be commendable or even obligatory depending on her circumstances and the need for her. However, if there is no genuine need for her to work, then her staying at home is better for her.
