The ruling on commission is a branch of the ruling on the work itself. If the work is permissible, then taking a commission for it is permissible, and if it is forbidden, then the commission is forbidden. This is based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Indeed, Allah Almighty, if He forbids the consumption of something, He forbids its price." The mentioned actions (selling retweets, likes, and accounts, and boosting hashtags) are forbidden in themselves due to the deception, falsehood, and fraud involved, regardless of the company's terms. Therefore, it is not permissible to receive money obtained for a forbidden act, nor to take a commission for it, as this constitutes aiding in deception and violating valid terms and conditions.
