Is it permissible to sell a property to an Islamic bank at the current price to be paid in installments, then repurchase it from the bank at a higher deferred price?

This transaction is impermissible for two reasons: firstly, it is a form of, or similar to, Bay' al-Inah (a type of buy-back sale); and secondly, it includes a condition that contradicts the essence of the contract.
