Will Allah answer the prayers of a young man who invoked death and failure upon himself due to obsessive-compulsive disorder and the sin of masturbation, despite his repentance, remorse, and fear that these invocations might be the cause of his unemployment?

You erred in supplicating against yourself, but the door of repentance is open, and it is hoped that Allah will not answer those supplications. Therefore, repent to Allah and seek His forgiveness, have a good opinion of Him, and replace those supplications with beneficial ones, keeping your heart attached to Allah, and taking the means for supplications to be answered.
