However, if there is a necessity, such as the absence of food in the house and no one to bring it from outside, then ordering and going out are permissible. The majority of jurists hold that a woman is permitted to go out without her husband's permission if she has an urgent matter or to fulfill essential needs that cannot be dispensed with, and her husband has not provided for them.
