Is it permissible to ask Allah to marry a specific girl or to make her love the asker?

Supplicating Allah Almighty is among the greatest acts of worship. Among the conditions for the permissibility and acceptance of supplication is that it should not involve sin. It is sinful for a person to ask their Lord to facilitate a love relationship with a foreign (non-mahram) girl due to its unlawfulness and the harm associated with it. However, supplicating Allah Almighty for marriage to a specific girl is permissible and not forbidden by the Shari'ah, but one must be careful to avoid forbidden gazes and devilish thoughts.
