What should an unmarried girl do who suffers from severe obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) regarding acts of worship, especially concerning creed and ablution (wudu'), and from whom various colored discharges are emitted, causing her to perform repeated ghusl (ritual bathing) and damaging her hair, and who fears that her prayers will not be accepted, knowing that a ruqyah practitioner informed her that she is afflicted with the evil eye or magic? Is it necessary for her to examine herself before every prayer?

The cure for obsessive thoughts is to ignore them and pay them no mind. There is no need to inspect or search for anything coming out. If you are certain that ordinary wetness has exited, it is pure and only necessitates ablution (wudu'). However, if you are certain that semen has exited, a ritual bath (ghusl (definition)) is obligatory. If you are unsure whether what has exited is semen or prostatic/vaginal fluid (madhy), you may choose which ruling to apply. Indeed, religion is ease, so do not make things difficult for yourself and turn away from obsessive thoughts.
