This man must be advised to repent to God for taking people's money unlawfully. As for what complies with the law, he is not to be blamed for it, but it is better for him to be gentle and kind to his subordinates. Regarding the complaint, one must testify truthfully, without fabricating, exaggerating, or distorting, and report with certainty what he has ceased doing and what violations he is currently committing.
