Is it permissible to sell a house to a man who pays with money from a Riba-based bank, while signing papers that facilitate the reception of the Riba-based debt?

This transaction is impermissible because it involves cooperation in sin and aggression, and facilitates dealing with a usurious bank and usurers, in accordance with the Almighty's saying: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression."
