What is the ruling on the sticky fluid that is discharged after arousal, whether it is white or not, and does it necessitate ghusl (ritual bath) again? And what is its ruling if it is discharged on normal days, concerning ghusl and wudu (ablution), and does it invalidate the fast?

This fluid can be one of two types:

First: It could be semen (maniyy), which necessitates ghusl (ritual bathing). If semen is discharged after performing ghusl following intercourse, it is more cautious to perform ghusl again. If ghusl was performed for a non-obligatory reason and semen was discharged with desire, then ghusl becomes obligatory. If it was discharged without intercourse but with desire, it necessitates ghusl. If it was discharged without desire, it does not necessitate ghusl according to the majority of scholars.

Second: It could be pre-seminal fluid (madhiy), which is a thin, sticky, white fluid discharged upon arousal. It is obligatory to wash off the madhiy and perform wudu (ablution) from it. It does not necessitate ghusl and does not invalidate the fast.

As for other vaginal discharges, they do not necessitate ghusl and do not invalidate the fast.
