Is the prayer of one who experienced maziy (pre-ejaculatory fluid) outside his home, then performed ablution and prayed, valid, given that he did not wash what had stained his clothes from the wetness of the maziy?

According to the Hanafi school, madhy (pre-seminal fluid) is impure, similar to the view of other scholars. They pardon a small amount of impurity, equivalent to the size of a dirham, so prayer performed with it is valid, even for someone capable of removing it. One or two drops of madhy are considered a small amount of impurity by them, and therefore, the prayer of one who prays with that amount is valid.
