What should I do about being questioned at work regarding my past browsing of pornographic websites, and should I admit to it even though suspicion isn't directed at me?

Repentance is an obligation for every sin and is not accepted unless one abandons the sin, regrets it, and resolves not to return to it. It is not a condition to declare the sin to the shop owner, as that would be contrary to the concealment commanded by Islamic law.
