Why was the name "Ubayd Allah ibn Musa ibn Bazam," who was one of Al-Bukhari's shaykhs, not mentioned in Ibn Mandah's book "Asami Mashayikh Al-Bukhari"?

Ibn Mandah found in the manuscript of the book (Naming the Sheikhs from whom Imam Abu Abdullah Muhammad ibn Ismail al-Bukhari, may Allah have mercy on him, narrated in his book Al-Jami' Al-Sahih) Ubaidullah ibn Musa al-Absi, Abu Muhammad, who died in the year 213 AH. He is Ubaidullah ibn Musa ibn Abi al-Mukhtar Badham, their mawla from the tribe of Abs, Abu Muhammad al-Kufi, and one of the narrators relied upon by the authors of the Six Books (Ahl al-Jama'ah). Ibn Adiyy mentioned him in (Names of Those from Whom Al-Bukhari Narrated), Al-Kalabadhi in (Men of Sahih Al-Bukhari), and Ibn Tahir in (Combining the Men of the Two Sahihs).
