Must I leave my job at a Riba-based bank immediately, or is it permissible for me to wait until I find another job, knowing that there are other reasons besides the lawful and unlawful that are prompting me to resign, and does that affect my intention and Allah's pleasure?

You must repent immediately and abandon this forbidden work in obedience to Allah the Almighty. It is not permissible for you to remain in it, whether your husband approves or disapproves, for "there is no obedience to a creature in disobedience to Allah." Explain to your husband that "Allah the Almighty does not bless the forbidden, and whoever gives up something for Allah, Allah will compensate him with something better," and that provision is predetermined. Do not succumb to the whispers of Satan by delaying repentance.
