Is it permissible to pray in mosques where there are innovations (bid’ahs), such as dedicating Friday to reading the Qur’an and reciting the Abrahamic prayer (Salat al-Ibrahimiyah) in the Adhan?

Reciting the Quran aloud before the prayer on Friday is an innovation (bid'ah), whereas reciting it individually is good and legislated. Raising one's voice with blessings upon the Prophet after the adhan is among the newly invented matters, and the preponderant view is that it is not legislated due to it not being transmitted from the Pious Predecessors, even though the original act of sending blessings upon him after the adhan is legislated. The presence of innovations in a mosque does not invalidate the prayer therein, and a Muslim should gently clarify the Sunnah to those who are engaged in innovations. If a mosque free from innovations is found, then praying in it is more preferable, as Ibn Umar refrained from praying in a mosque due to an innovation being present in it.
