Is reciting Al-Fatihah and the Salat al-Ibrahimiyah aloud after every prayer an innovation (bid'ah) or not, with evidence?

There is no evidence that Al-Fatiha is among the remembrances (dhikr) to be recited after the prayers. However, there is no harm in reciting it and the Abrahamic prayer after the prescribed remembrances. As for consistently doing so and considering it a Sunnah, it would be considered an innovation (bid'ah) because it specifies an act of worship at a particular time without

legal (Shar'i) evidence.
