How are the costs of repairing an inherited house to be distributed among the son and the two daughters: Should it be according to their shares in the inheritance or equally?

The expenses for maintaining an inherited house and its costs are borne by the partners in proportion to each one's share in it. So, if the house belongs to a son and two daughters, the maintenance cost is divided into four shares: two shares for the son, and one share for each daughter, just as their inheritance. It is stated in the fatwas of "Fath al-Ali al-Malik fi al-Fatwa ala Madhhab al-Imam Malik": "The expenses are upon the partners according to their shares, and the revenue is theirs likewise."
