Is it necessary to verify whether a file offered for sale is permissible before publishing it on a free Islamic website, even if it is widely available for free?

Many scholars have affirmed that intellectual property rights are considered valid for their owners. Therefore, it is impermissible to copy files offered for sale unless they are purchased or with the permission of their owners, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) sayings: "Muslims are bound by their conditions," and "The property of a Muslim person is not lawful unless given with his willing consent," and "Whoever precedes others to a permissible thing has a greater right to it."
