ما هو الشيء الذي يكفي هم الدنيا والآخرة والدين والدنيا؟

Among the things that help with this are observing acts of obedience and the traditional supplications (adhkar), including: reciting Al-Mu'awwidhatayn (the two surahs of seeking refuge) and "Qul Huwa Allahu Ahad" (Surah Al-Ikhlas) three times in the morning and evening; saying: "Bismillahi alladhi la yadurru ma'a ismihi shay'un fi al-ardi wa la fi as-sama'i wa huwa as-sami'u al-'alim" (In the Name of Allah, with Whose Name nothing on earth or in the heavens can cause harm, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing) three times in the morning and evening; and saying: "Hasbi Allahu la ilaha illa Huwa 'alayhi tawakkaltu wa huwa rabbu al-'arshi al-'azhim" (Allah is sufficient for me. There is no god but He. In Him I put my trust, and He is the Lord of the Mighty Throne) seven times in the morning and evening; and praying four rak'ahs at the beginning of the day; and regularly reciting the supplication: "Allahumma inni as'aluka al-'afwa wal-'afiyah fi ad-dunya wal-akhirah. Allahumma inni as'aluka al-'afwa wal-'afiyah fi dini wa dunyaya wa ahli wa mali. Allahumma astur 'awrati wa amin raw'ati. Allahumma ihfazhni min bayni yadayya wa min khalfi wa 'an yamini wa 'an shimali wa min fawqi wa a'udhu bi-'azhamatika an ughtala min tahti" (O Allah, I ask You for forgiveness and well-being in this world and the Hereafter. O Allah, I ask You for forgiveness and well-being in my religion, my worldly affairs, my family, and my wealth. O Allah, conceal my flaws and calm my fears. O Allah, protect me from what is in front of me and behind me, from my right and my left, and from above me, and I seek refuge in Your greatness from being unexpectedly struck from below me) in the morning and evening.
