A man's mere looking at his own private parts usually does not cause madhy (pre-seminal fluid) to be discharged. However, if it arouses his desires and causes madhy to be discharged, then he should not look at it unnecessarily. Jurists have disliked looking at one's awrah (private parts) generally, except out of necessity or need.
