What is the ruling on being named "Wateen," and is it true that it is the name of a disbelieving group that commits obscenities, despite its mention in the Qur’an?

Al-Wateen is the pericardium or a vein within the heart, and if it is severed, its owner dies, as stated in the Almighty's saying: ﴿Then We would have cut off his aorta (al-wateen)﴾. There is nothing in Islamic law that prevents naming with it, but it is better to choose good names with clear meanings.
