Is it permissible to sell a cement booking receipt from the factory before receiving it, knowing that the price of cement changes daily?

It is not permissible to sell the receipt before taking possession of the cement and having it under your guarantee, due to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying to Hakim ibn Hizam: "If you buy something, do not sell it until you take possession of it," and his saying: "It is not permissible to profit from what is not guaranteed, nor to sell what you do not possess."
