After the Adhan, should one pray Tahiyat al-Masjid (greeting of the mosque) or the Sunnah Qabliyyah (pre-prayer Sunnah) with the intention of both the Sunnah and the greeting?

There is no harm for someone who enters the mosque after the Adhan to pray Tahiyat al-Masjid (greeting of the mosque) and then the Ratibah (supererogatory prayer), or to pray two rak'ahs intending both the greeting and the Ratibah.
